SHOPPING GUIDE

1. All clothing items are NOT restockable. Accessories and shoes may be restockable, but subject to availability. E-mail your request to us and our Closet Fairy will try to fulfill your wish.

2. To reserve the items, please e-mail the names of the item you are interested and your full details to theoddloft@hotmail.com . We do not accept order via phone call or sms.

3. Items can be reserved up to 1 day. Reserved items will automatically be released after 1 day if payment is not received. Those who backs out will be blacklisted.

4. To confirm the items, please e-mail the following details to me:

- Full name

- Mailing address

- Contact number

- Code / Name of item

- Specify your preferred shipping option (Pos Laju / Registered Mail)

5. Bank in the payment to our bank account (bank account details will be provided upon confirmation). Notify us through e-mail ASAP once payment is made. We accept payment through PAYPAL for international order.

6. We will send out the order on every Wednesday and Friday.

7. All Accessories shown in photo are not included unless otherwise specified.

8. Specified measurements are approximations and subject to variance. The actual color of the merchandise may be slightly different from the online representation.

9. All items sold are NOT refundable or exchangeable.

10. All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

11. We respect individual privacy. Please let us know if you do not want your name to be published below items you reserved / purchased.

12. We ship Worldwide. International customers may make payment via Paypal or Telegraphic Transfer. There will be a RM3+7% surcharge on payment via Paypal.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

1. FREE POSTAGE

Enjoy FREE Pos Laju (West Malaysia) and FREE Registered Postage (East Malaysia) if you reserve and make payment on the same day. For those who reside in East Malaysia and opt for Pos Laju, an additional RM2 per item is required.

2. POS LAJU

RM6 per item for Peninsular Malaysia

RM8 per item for East Malaysia

RM2 for every subsequent item nationwide

3. FREE C.O.D.

Only at Tropicana City Mall, Petaling Jaya. We require payment before delivery for first-time COD customers.
